Antonio Aragón Macias, a company that provides vehicle rental service, with registered office at Pasaje del Águila, 29631 Benalmádena Costa (Málaga), Spain, informs its users about its data protection policy, so that its users may decide freely and voluntarily whether to provide their consent to the collection of personal data which may be carried out through the web page www.centauro.net.

Antonio Aragón Macias informs its users of the existence of a computerised file of personal data that has been created and is subject to its responsibility. The purpose of this file is to maintain and manage the contractual relationship of the User with Cannycars, together with the provision of information and marketing regarding Cannycars car rental activity.

Antonio Aragón Macias, notifies the users of its web site that access to its page does not imply an obligation in collection of their personal data but rather that the collection of this data is optional and is only carried out in the contact and reservation sections.

By the acceptance of the present privacy policy, the user consents expressly that his data may be used to send communications by means of electronic mail or by any other medium. These data may also be used to send marketing communications whenever the User has marked the box established for this purpose, thus providing his consent.

The user consents that the comments expressed in the satisfaction survey may be used in any of Cannycars sales activities.

In accordance with Art 12.2 of RD 1720/2007, Cannycars will handle the data confidentially with the sole purpose of managing and promotion for its customers within the scope of its own activities that are carried out in a company of this nature.

In compliance with Article 14.2 of the aforementioned Royal Decree, we grant the user a period of 30 days in order to declare his refusal of the handling, and we inform him that once this period has elapsed without a statement by him to the contrary it will be understood that he consents to the processing of his personal data.

Likewise, Cannycars, will cancel and eliminate the data if they turn out to be inexact, incomplete or when they are no longer necessary or relevant to the purpose for which they had been collected, in accordance with the Organic Law on Data Protection 15/1999 of December 13 and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21.

Notwithstanding the previous statements, the user may revoke his consent and also exercise his rights of access, correction, cancellation or opposition by sending an e-mail to info@cannycars.com
